The truck was a 100% DD before. Now due to how fast it was at the track it needs to be caged and it's getting tubbed too.The cage and spool will make the truck alittle more difficult but it will still run the same. When we are ready it's getting a dual nozzle meth kit by Alky control and we'll turn the boost up.Looking for single digits.

I"m shocked. This build is extremely impressive to me. I was skeptical on Slowhawks skills until this build and now i'm a firm believer in his quality workmanship. VERY clean install. I must say it again, i'm VERY impressed with how this turned out. Congrats.

Holty~ If you do a search over on LS1Tech.com, you would see that Slowhawk is the real deal. He has built some very impressive setups over there. This is the 2nd turbo kit he has built and it took him no time at all to get it done. The scary thing is that Don is a electrician by trade, not a performance engine/car builder. It is always nice to hear people talk about Don the way you have and be this impressed by his work. Because the funny thing is that to Don it turned out "ok" or "ya, its kinda fast". I am almost positive that he has a few screws loose.

The screws fell out.I've been building these vehicles since 2000.I'm a one man show so I try to keep my work local and even then I'm too busy.Matt's setup came out real nice.I went through some pipes doing it.If I didn't like it the pipes went in the trash which happened more than once. Here is a car I uilt from scratch and should be done soon.Nothing like having a 416ci pushed by a Novi 2000.

So I'm assuming the cage will be NHRA -- does it poke through the back of the cab, or is it somehow funny car style?

Hmmmmm NY is close to MA... hehe

I wonder if Don's line will work for a cage and back-half rear? "We need it for towing" (never mind that I took off my hitch setup 3 years ago )

The cage will be NHRA Cert. It will have 2 bars through the rear glass. It is a 10 point.

10 point? Screw 9's and go for below 8.50! Push the S85 a little and see. If it doesn't do it, swap in an S91. I've been following your build closely since I plan on having a similar combo. I can't wait to see some single digits out of it.
