your tune is probably a good part of it, i had a friend who had a plug colder on a motor and it didnt no what to do until he put the br7efs in, it was fine after. i have mine gapped to .30 which is what they are right out of the box. thats how most people i know run them

My BR7s were in the .022" range out of the box. I opened them up to .032" and I am having problems breaking up in boost at 13 psi. Everything is fine at 11-12 psi. I'm going to get some new ones and throw them in out of the box or at .024"
Also, why are you running 10*? That's not safe, it's just stupid.

25 rwhp roughly per 1lb of boost
rule of thumb is 1 degree of timing roughly per 1 lb of boost from a NA range. if your motor in NA form sees 28* of timing and you are at 13 psi then youre timing roughly will be around 15* and this is safe for pump gas now you can change this number some if your compression was changed or if you added in meth
but this rule of thumb is proven over and over again and works well if basically all you did was add boost

IMO your not running enough boost to even have them plugs... Go back to stock. You guys not running any boost and swapping all these plugs make me laugh. Seriously

I have ran the br7ef on 10-11 psi without any meth, gapped .030, 20* of timing, IAT in the 120-130 range and never had a problem. i Think its all in the tune. your meth injection amount may be to much for that low of psi.
