Default intercooler question- need help

I bought a mp112 off someone on here a few months back and we just got the motor and blower installed in my truck. Getting it ready to go get tuned today, we noticed the intercooler pump was kicking on but didn't seem to be pumping. After we tested it, it was working. Ended up realizing that the intercooler was not flowing. We put some air psi to it and couldn'tget it to flow even up to 100 psi of air. Am I missing something or did I get sold a blower with a bum/clogged up intercooler? I appreciate any and all insight or advice. I am considering taking the blower off, intercooler out, and going to a radiator shop to see if they can clean it out.. is this my only option?

You are refering to the intercooler right? Not the heat exchanger? It should flow easily, and I wouldn't put no 100psi of air in it either.

Connect your intercooler hoses to a garden hose and see what happens. I doubt you have a clogged intercooler or heat exchanger, but this will tell you for sure.

If you have the polarity reversed on the intercooler pump, you'll hear the pump run but it won't pump any fluid. It will just cavitate. I think that might be your problem.

Yeah the intercooler in the blower, not the hex.

Yeah I put the air nozzle sealed to the inlet on the intercooler and used air, nothing came out the outlet of the intercooler. Ill check the wiring on the pump tomorrow.

I hope you get it figured out. It's always the little things at the end that make you want to pull your hair out.

Yes it does! Lol. No I gotta figure out why my damn o2 won't reach on the arh's. Every where I look, seems like the arh headers should reach no prob.
