i think everyone uses that ic because its the biggest one on ebay that will still fit between the frame rails. its the one i used too

Don't really have any pics but on my signature the front air dam on my truck the IC is mounted in between the frame. The IC is barely wide enough to fit inbetween the frame and is fastened to the bolt holes where the tow hooks used to be. Its actually Perfect with the air damn I've got. I'll take some pics if you want just pm me.

I don't have any pics right now but I didn't have to channel the frame rails. Mine is the biggest you can fit without any cutting. So far it is plenty of cooling for my setup but we will see in the next couple of days. I am installing the Z06 cam and turning the boost up a little more this weekend.
