Double check the air measurment, scan now and compare it with an old scan at the same RPM, KPA, and MAF.

Check differential pressure across intercooler also!

Let us know!

First off I changed my IFR to 50.0 to compensate for the higher fuel pressure and that made my truck much more drivable and brought my fuel trims down around -5% so at least I could do some logging.

I did a ton of logging this evening and compared them to my old logs and the intercooler seems to have raised my airflow some how. My MAF readings are actually up about 5% across the board. I assume this is part of my problem as well? How could have the intercooler setup raised my airflow?

Made it more dense. You probably are not moving more air, but its cooler air so it assumes its more.
but thats just a guess, everyone knows tuning is greek to me. lol

That's what I was thinking but I didn't think that it would actually throw the MAF off.
