Intercooler?

Technically, no you don't.
If you start seeing really high intake temps, then using one would be a good idea. There are several centrifugal supercharger on the market that don't use an intercooler because the boost is around that 5-8psi.

Without the IC you will be limited on how much timing you can run. I don't know where you live but if you have hot summers you will see IAT's in the 150's or more which will make it difficult to control detonation when you are in the boost. Make sure your knock sensors are working.

Going to have it tuned and if any doubt I’ll have it intercooled.
My engine builder and tuner have both agreed that it shouldn’t at this level of boost (6-8), but any higher definitely.
I’ve had several vehicles with forced induction and always ran a intercooler, just wanted input from you guys on this setup.

Whatever fits, depending on where you want it and how much you want to spend.
People spend $500-800 for intercoolers all the time and some spend $150-300 because it fits their needs.
VS racing offers a good kit and would work just fine for low boost.
