Default Intercooler ???

I want to know what guys on here with turbos are running for behind the grille intercoolers for a 02 1500 right now my cooler is behind/under the bumper I don't know the exact specs on it. Right now I'm running 15 psi and wnt to be around 18-20, does anyone run a d max cooler? The only reason why I'm not running higher boost is because my tuner said it chokes up at 15 and gets too hot Ill measure the cooler when I get home tomorrow, what's the best bang for he buck

You need to check boost befor and after the core to say the core is the choke point.
If Its to hot add meth injection.

No, but it could cause detonation. The coolant is what cools th engine down. I don't like to see over 210*. I can keep it at 197* with my efans

No.
Hi air temps should only be while boosting. Not all the time.
If over heating. Check the coolant system, fans, hoses etc.

When your spinning the motor to 6k+ rpms it's gonna creat a lot of heat. Need to make sure your cooling system is up to the task. Are you still using the stock clutch fan or efans? And sharp bend in the coolant hoses? How is the radiator?
