well many of the Supercharged guys run the Radix and love it- as for turbos there are many STS turbo set-ups, and twin 60-1 turbos or a larger custom conventional turbo set up- STS is the turbo that replaces the muffler FYI

Well I'm running ATI Procharger and they are really mean, when you get them setup and tuned properly. I believe you will have a larger variety of options if you to go with the Turbo's though.

If you are going to go with the Dakota r/t route, I would suggest a Vortech or Novi kit with aftercooler. These are proven setups in the R/T community. 13s and 12s should come easily with good tuning and bolt ons. If you keep an eye out on the boards you can even pick up some of these setups used for less $$.
Someone already mentioned KRC as a parts site, I would also mention
www.socaldakota.com and http://www.turbotechnologyinc.com as two other sites to get go fast goodies for your R/T.
