I didn't know where to post this so I'll post it here with you turbo/SC guys. What are the advantages/disadvantages to running a F body or Vette intake manifold on Silverados? What is needed to swap it out as far as fuel lines and throttle body stuff?

 

Mostly for appearance. Plenty of quick FI trucks still running the stock manifolds, or TBSS mani's. The best reason I can think of to run one, is on an application where hood clearance is an issue.

 

Sounds pretty pointless to me
