are there any type of instructions out there for this setup for a truck with return style fuel system. my trucks an 02 escalade. just wondering how other people are mounting their EVAP and where to run vacuum hoses and whatnot.

 

It's like putting together a puzzle with out the box, lol. I didn't get instructions with my 1900 either. What i did for the evap was just shortened the plastic hose from the tank to it so it would lay nicely on the side of the blower, then just pushed a 3/8 hose over the o-ring end and put a zip tie on it to help hold it then plugged that into one of the nipples on the intake of the blower.

Also, if you haven't, you will need to notch the alternator bracket like in this pic, or you will break off the oil pressure sending unit trying to put the blower on and it still won't fit, ask me how I know, And you can not change the oil pressure sender with out pulling the blower and the valley cover off.




Another thing, make sure you get the knock sensor wires in the grove and use some silicon to help hold them there. If they don't stay, the blower will smash them and short them out, again, ask me how I know,
