Everything looks fine but the bypass valve nipple broke off..... And the boost gauge is marking 10 below 0 one vac side. Is that normal?

If the nipple broke you have a vacuum leak now.

Ok, I cap'd the nipple on the blower and the one on the valve is open so I guess that's the desk then. I'm going to see if I can out one on there for the mean time. I was planning on tuning it tomorrow

You can buy replacement bypass valves online , also check some of the older roush threads , some guys had them broke during shipping and found replacements.

Please don't drive it or try to tune it until you have the bypass valve working and the vacuum leak fixed.....
