Default Inside Pics - R TVS 1900

Took My blower apart to have a smaller pulley installed / shaft keyed ,and have the snout clearenced.

Just thought some of you might want to see the inside of this unit.










And here is the New Pulley, a 2.6 maggie .

Lol, thats what I was thinking. A 2.6 will put you where you want to be with the 6l, but I think you are really gonna have some trouble getting the belt to stick. You should at least get the grooves of the pulley sand blasted for roughness. I had that done on my 2.9 and it helped alot. Other people like the RIP pulley or something similar from leftcoast32.

From the few dynos I've seen here this SC doesn't seem to be that far off in hp/tq from other tvs1900 with the stock pulley.

I assume if you go to a smaller pulley, then the inlet of the Roush becomes a factor? I'd like to learn something new

My machineist is going to do some porting/ cleanup work on this. Said the casting plenty beefy, was impressed.

Its going to be fun when i get it back.

Thanks for the tip.

If it slips and is a PITA, i will go a bit bigger, or say F blowers and go turbo
