Default Innovators West Balancer Install Help!

Need some help guys, I wanted to swap pulleys before going to the track on sunday, and ran into some trouble. I got the old balancer off, in the box from Innovators West there is the balancer, a long bolt, what looks like a machine bushing, and a drill bit. Is that machined bushing thing supposed to sit in the balancer, or is it just a jig for pinning the crank? I haven't pinned yet, i stopped because im not sure if i have all the parts or not... The long bolt is long enough to go in with the bushing thing in place, and stock bolt is too short for the new balancer. Am I missing a bolt? Is this bushing thing supposed to stay in and just bolt it together with the long bolt, or is it just a jig for drilling the hole? HELP!

BTW, I did make one pass with the car so far about three weeks ago, ran a 12.4 @ 109 with 1.8 60'.

we used the long bolt and that thick bushing to hold the balancer on my buddy's truck. As we were using the bolt to pull it on we temporarily used some washers, just to stay safe from possibly bottoming out the bolt and pulling threads. His crank was keyed since it was aftermarket so we didn't need to do any pinning with it. of course without a keyway PIN the crank!

ahh, thanks MoreGrip, those pics make it very clear. I am missing that nylon sleeve thing, and the machined washer. He sent me a jig for drilling and the 180mm bolt, but no washer and no sleve. Thanks again
