Yea, you could say that
With a 5.3, 2.3L blower, OD crank pulley, you need a 3.3-3.4 pulley to make about 12-13psi.

****, I forgot I have a 5/8" phenolic spacer. That throws a quirk in.

 

Not sure if I missed it on there but what if your running overdrive rear cog pulleys on the blower? Didnt see a spot for changing that?
