Default Injector size for E85 and more boost

Im thinking about pullying down some more and switching to E85 and was wondering what I should upgrade fuel system wise. I currently have Walbro 255 and 42# injectors, run about 8.5-9lbs max boost, and meth that kicks in at about 7lbs. Other mods in sig. Currently makes 435/437. Looking to run at least 10-11+ lbs w/E85 and was wondering-

What size injectors would you recommend?

Is meth necessary with the E85?

Will my returnless system be enough? (I would rather not switch to return style just yet).

Should I get a boost a pump or another fuel pump?

Meth will not be necessary.

I recently made 480 to the tires with this.
5.3l 224 cam
mp112
7psi
Walbro 255, semi returnless with a vette filter/reg.
60lb injectors
I am out of pump and close on the injector right now.

I went from 410 to the tires on pump fuel to 480 with E85 with just timing and tuning changes only. 113.5 trap speed to 120, to back up the dyno results.

If you are looking to make more the 475 to the tires I would suggest another walbro in the the tank and a set of FMS 80s. We have made as much as 755 through a 80e with this fuel system.

Injectors is one area that I know pretty much nothing about

Are there some plug and play 60lb ers out there for my Radix where all I would need is spacers? Ive been searching and all Ive seen is these-

Racetronix Part # L107FM (Siemens FI114961 - Mototron INJ-GAS-006 - Accel 74620L - MSD/Edge 2030)

From my understanding they need different connectors to plug in. Changing connectors wouldnt be a problem, just wanna make sure I get all the stuff I need with which ever injectors I go with.

I got my injectors from five 0 motorsports, they are the plug and play 72 lb ones that started out as 42's. They are pretty easy to tune and work well with my setup (turbo 370 w/ e85)

alot of ppl still use meth with E85. Ill be using this setup. The buick guys see good results using both products.

if you want to run E85 base an injector off your power goal then add 40% more power to it and then use th injector in that power range for flow

How far can I drive with the new injectors without a tune? My tuner is about 80 miles away and Ive changed pulley and stuff and drove there untuned, would I be ok driving there on my 42lb tune with 60's in? I know it sucks but hes the closest guy around that knows what hes doing.

You CAN NOT drive without a re-tune tune and larger injectors, it will run WAY to rich. If anything, drive it there with the injectors it's tuned for and then change them when you get there. They are not hard to change.
