I talked about that with the shop also but we were going to wait to do that. Did you do that and see any gains?

Let me know what you think of the bypass when it vents off after WOT.

My IAT's are very low already because I am running a FMIC. The only gains I think I would pick up would be from flow. Have you dynoed yours at all since making the changes?

I'll let you know. My trucks already pretty loud from my corsa exhaust, so we'll see if it gets a lot louder.

I have a fmic too.
What do your iats gain during a pull?
What did you do with your maf?
I have loud 4" exhaust and could clearly hear it blow off.

They are going to move my maf, I'm not sure where they're going to put it yet. Where did you put yours?

I don't remember the exact temps but they were much lower than when I didn't have the intercooler. I'll ask them what they were when I pick up my truck this week.

You need to keep the maf as far as possible from the bypass. My maf sits about 4" from the throttle body.SD is also an option that I would /will consider.

So you put your MAF on the outlet side of the intercooler?

What bypass are you running and where do you have it placed in your setup? I think mine is going to be after the blower outlet and but before the intercooler inlet.

We discussed SD but that will make my truck not in compliance with emissions in my area. So for now I am going to try to keep the MAF. In the future I will most likely go to SD when the MAF is actually maxed out.

I suspect you will max the maf out when you dyno it.I am maxing mine out at 5200 rpm with a 3.375 pulley. My cam/heads are good till 6500 for reference.
I would put the bypass on the blower in the original location.I am still on the stock bypass that I did some work on far as porting it a little bigger its like 38mm.
