Injectors flow more at higher pressure, by the ratio of the square root of the pressures. Also 1bar=14.5psi.

For instance, if yours are 60 at 3 bar, then at 4 bar they will be: 60*(4/3)^.5=69.282


And someone who doesnt know what they are doing runs 70psi base
