I am submitting an order for some more pulley's tomorrow. Let me know if you need some. It is a shouldered smooth idler pulley and uses the Magnuson pulley spacers.
I went out and listened to the squeak some more, and I'm pretty sure it's coming from the new tensioner. The belt is tracking straight on all the pulleys and putting pressure by hand on either of the 2 idlers makes no difference....
I was looking at the pictures and it looks like the belt is riding on the center 6 grooves. The belt needs to be on the 6 grooves closest to the engine.

That was it!! Thanks Joe! :doh: !! 1/2" drive to torque the pulley and slip it back one rib....no more squeak!!
I wonder why it would quiet down when it warmed up?
