Well what would be recommended for my application, or are the stockers the best thing going?

The belt surface area has a 76mm diameter.

I went out and listened to the squeak some more, and I'm pretty sure it's coming from the new tensioner. The belt is tracking straight on all the pulleys and putting pressure by hand on either of the 2 idlers makes no difference....

I was looking at the pictures and it looks like the belt is riding on the center 6 grooves. The belt needs to be on the 6 grooves closest to the engine.

That was it!! Thanks Joe! :doh: !! 1/2" drive to torque the pulley and slip it back one rib....no more squeak!!

I wonder why it would quiet down when it warmed up?

The belts are a lot more flexible once they are warm.
