idlers

Which metco idlers are you guys running that use them? Do I just order two of the MIP-100 idler pulleys? I want to bump them up and pulley down to a 2.8 on my radix. Also, what's the deal with my blower? I think I'm running a 3.1 pulley and the blower makes no whine at all. My dad bought a 2013 tacoma with the trd supercharger and it makes noise, yet my radix (which I thought was supposed to be the loudest) is as quiet as a mouse lol.

Wow , a " quiet " radix ??? I've never " heard" of such a thing , lol.
Yeah they all whine , one of the best sounding blowers IMO , I like that sound of power !
My little 1900 even whines , but no where near what a radix does.
I have the Metco 100 mm double bearing idlers for an 8 rib belt drive . I would just call them and ask what they reccomend for your setup.

How much boost are you running?
Even a stock lightning makes noise with the M112 unit, and I don't think it works it all that hard.

that's my TVS with a 3.2" pulley. Not loud by any means, but it's also only making 5# boost between the headers and the cam on the LQ9. I'll have that bish screaming in due time.

I think about 6#. I don't have a guage but the tuner said it would spike 7 then hold at 6. All I did was install a low mile ls6 motor, the mp112, arh 1 7/8", and a corsa touring. Ill take a video, but you can not even tell I have a blower when I stomp on it. Thats one reason I wanted a maggie.

Yeah it pulls pretty damn hard. I can break em free really easy even at 50 lol. I do have a giant exhaust leak right after the y pipe so that may be hiding it, but I really can't hear it at all. I'm thinkin I need to do the phenolic spacer and pulley down to a 2.8!
