Default IAT reduction with radix 90mm

Is there a noticeable difference in lower IAT's with a 90mm on the radix. I going to run my radix for the first time with just the 90 so I was curious

I read that alot originially, but never seen that to be true. You should however get more boost with the 90mm over the 78mm with the same pulley size.

I was hoping that the loss of boost from long tubes is offset by the 90mm TB.. I know boost = equal power but just a restriction to flow.. but I feel kinda lame with 4-5psi of boost

Time to pulley down.
You might pick up a half-lb with the 90mm TB or more if your intake has been a restriction.

The 90mm when used with the x-link should pick you up about 1psi. The nice thing is that you can run more boost with less blower speed. It's a great mod.

I think so.. that's why i went ahead and did it before i got the charger installed. I hope this setup is enough power for me. I'm hoping to break into the 13's with this heavy pig. If not, its cam time!

yea he did, but I think he had a 2.8 pulley, stall and maybe a cam??

I'd add a smaller pulley but I've heard much smaller than the 3.1 w/o meth just turns the radix into a heater. I don't go to the track enough to warrant the meth.. the time is just for personal satisfaction and maybe soooooome bragging rights

Thus generating less heat.....Looks like you contradicted your above statement
