Default I wanna go fast

Well I finally took the plunge and bought a sts kit I also got an air to water intercooler along with a few other small things. I’m planning on running 5psi until I can make a few upgrades like 60# injectors, 918 springs, and a 255 fuel pump. Then I am planning on running 8 to 10psi.

Congrads on the purchase, sounds like you have a solid plan.

How much will the tennis ball add for HP? Or was that just a customer bonus for spending enough money.... I can't wait to be in your shoes!!

nice intercooler. Why did you go with a air to water instead of a air to air??? Did it come with the kit you bought??? I haveent seen a STS with a air to water yet. Shoudl be interesting..

looks good....you might want to consider ditching the A2W and go A2A, The A2A is much more efficient imho.

How come? I'm asking cuz I really don't know. I've always thought it was the other way around?

How these aplications Brian is right. in the case of a setup like Blacksheeps new one, a A2W is better. but on the street, in traffic all day, a A2A is easier, and will be just as efficent in that setting.

this is just my opinion, leave it open for discussion....

A2A will not be as affected by adiabatic efficiency as a W2A, once the water in the W2A system reaches a certain temp, it will not get any cooler.....The A2A is not as affected IMHO......again, open for discussion. No matter HOW big the reservoir you are just running a water heater.
