When first reading this, I though you might be adding too much water. Also, if you are maxxing out the 42# injectors, then I'd say you are probably overly rich. You don't have a cam, so your rpms shouldn't be real high. 12* timing is pretty weak for a Radix truck. If its pinging with only 12*, then you definitely have a tune problem. I doubt you are pulling enough air to MAX out the MAF and really didn't need a SD tune. 96 mph trap speeds mean you probably aren't making 350rwhp with the way its running now.
So... I'd fix the pump, get a better tune, and go lighter on the water injection. Keep it simple. SD tune, big injectors, 3 nozzles, etc... are overkill at this point.

"really didn't need a SD tune" why is that? SD tunes pull smoother, have better control over a/f ratio, and the computer actually understands boost, so it's a better tune for forced induction. My truck dropped .3 tenths going sd tune, so they do work! What's your reason, have you done any sd tuning?
Get a better tune? Max timing and good a/f was set.
Thanks for the input,

Yes I have used speed density tuning. My statement was basically saying to keep it simple. Obviously his truck isn't running worth a darn and its obvious he is looking for some help. I'm just offering him some assistance. Here is some more:
If the tune is not the problem.... Then I suggest that he finds a good performance shop that will help him really figure out his problem.

Hang on whoopassracer, BigTex was just offering some suggestions to try and help. His post was not a dig at you or anyone else.
One way to trouble shoot something is to go back to basics and start over. That's what he is talking about by keeping it simple.
Honestly it sounds like your truck is running about what it should with 7.5-8psi on a 5.3L ECSB in the heat. In decent weather, with a 6.0L, a little more weight, and about the same boost I only ran slightly faster than your recent times.
What was your setup and when did you run the times in your sig?

i ran this time at spokane raceway park in spokane, washington, weather was like about 50*'s and i had everything except tbstall and 28's slicks. and not sdtune.
have radix with i/c and 2.75pulley tuned with allen nelson
edelbrock shorty headers
43lb's injectors 4:10's
tansgo reprogramming shift kit with Z-Pak clutches
80mm tb,160*stat, electric fans
and 26 et streets

now see thats what im thinking ever since i install the tb stall my mph went down, im thinking of going going back to stock stall and 26inch slicks, and the best time with the tbstall and 28's is a 13.05@101 does that sound right with same 50*'s temp
