10psi no problem but keep the tune where it needs to be.. More then that if you keep the timing, fuel in check...

Its not the boost the motor cant handle its the power it makes. Most people keep it under 600 at the wheels on stock internals. This IS on an F body drivetrain though. The stock crank can handle quite a bit (around 900)as can the rods (around 700) , the pistons are what give!

Even if you produce 20lbs of boost, if it only makes 500hp your fine.

keep the detonation out of the motor and 600-650rwhp is possible, a buddy of mine has a ls6 making 750-800rwhp for the past year with no issues. thats supercharged and a 100 shot of nitrous

Keep in mind that the stresses on the crank/rods/pistons internal to the engine are the same on any forced induction per given amount of boost. A blower can draw a considerable amount of power off of the crank. That power doesn't show up as flywheel hp because the power is gone before it ever hits the dyno, but the internal stress is still there.
