Did you guys just gouge out your headlight brackets to get the intercooler piping in?

I like that. I wasnt planning on running AC anyway. How did you move the lower rad mounts back?

This may be a stretch but....

Anyone with a 99-02 2500hd or a 1500 with an HD front end swap (like me) done the intercooler behind the grill? It looks like I have a ton of room behind the grill now.

I live in Alaska and am really worried about ripping the intercooler off behind my valence just going into the driveway on a snowy day lol

I have a 2001 with the HD conversion done and as you can see in my sig I have the intercooler behind the grill. I don't have access to PB or I'd post pics but in my build thread there's plenty of pics of it.
