Default How to Intercool?

I have a 2002 RCSB with 5.3 and a powerdyne blower and I wanting to install an intercooler on it, but no real sure on how to go about it. I got a guy that wants to sell me an intercooler off his 2003 Duramax will it work? I did some checking around and I found a kit that sells all the piping needed to do so I just need an intercooler any ideas?

Do it when you're ready to be without a truck for awhile. Read this thread:

I did mine without having the truck down, mind you this is not with the duramax intercooler. If you do a search I have a thread on the intercooler build up, Mikegyver has one, jamesbond2509, whippled 496 and numerous others. Might give you some Ideas.
