I am looking @ pipeing up this front mount. How big is yours? lenth, width, core, and inlet size? Yes, bigger is better. I only have 24" between the frame rails

Thats about the size of the one that came with my kit. I never measured it.

27"long (31"including end tanks) 3"wide and 12"tall

How do you guys have that 27" long unit mounted.? My frame rails are only 24" apart. Are yours up high in front of the griil or something? 2.5 or 3" inlet? Thanks for the replies!

I think that the frame rails are notched to fit the IC if you cannot get it up any higher behind the grill.

mine is behind the grill. I also moved the radiator towards the motor an inch and a half. its got 3" outlets

I running the same as most of the other guys here is how it is mounted. Had to notch the frame, but it's in a nonstructual crush zone anyway. It works awesome!
