For some reason, maybe it was the perspective, but the Dodge looked like it ran a hell of a lot faster than the chevy.

Them are some Faaaast oilers for sure!

I wanna know how he got his dmax to weight 5700 lbs. Mine weighed 5770 with me in it at the track.

did you have one of those big push bars on the front of your DuraMax like you do now...
maybe HE weighs 70 lbs less than you...OR...maybe you had more fuel in the tank...
I'm sure the weight listed is race weight, meaning the driver included...

My grill guard weighs 200-250 or so. A 3/4 ton weighs alot more than I do then you add a dmax, im sure the engine its self weighs almost 1k lbs. I dont have a duramax by the way, I have a 1/2 ton gas truck with a 6.0 That is a badass run none the less.

Oh I see...I saw that you have a gas truck now...I thought you meant that you had one before and it weighed 5700...
I thought my pig was heavy at 4920...

Nah, I have been thinking about getting a dmax lately though. Mines real heavy, crew cab 4x4, im sure I could shed 300-350 lbs if I take off the grill guard and hitch.
