Perfect idea to make a large twin turbo package small.
Would this support a non intercooled turbo kit?

ok here is the article for the holley mid rise vs the edelbrock single plane. both are carb'd however, the holley mid rise ram is the same thing as the carb version only they put a plenum on top vise a pair of carbs. 5.3L LS Small Block Build - Twice As Nice - Part 5 - Super Chevy Magazine

here is the article on the 5.3 being stroked to a 383. now if i read correctly the mild 383 in the chart at the bottom of the page has the same specs as the intake shoot out. but it was using a fast intake. 5.3L LS Small Block Build - LS Modern Mouse: Part 3 - Super Chevy Magazine

comparing it all the holley has the power down low and up top but not as much right in the middle. which could have been the tune or the fact that a 102mm tb will out flow two 390 cfm carbs.

That'd make for a pretty easy install. I guess I was just underestimating it based on the size.

Actually it looks like they changed to a 231/239 comp cam in pt 4.
However, they keep the cam in pt 6

That intercooled intake would make cold piping so simple.... really interested to get a price on that IC. Would it even fit under a stock hood? The intake is already tall, and they are adding 2.5 more inches.
