Default Holley mid rise ram

Any body try this Holley Performance Products LS Modular Mid-Rise Intake EFI Kit 300-126 out yet? Looks like it would be perfect for our truck. Power band 1500-6500 and good for boost. Sounds like a winner to me. I wonder if that, in manifold a2w intercooler core for the high rise would fit in this.

I would have ordered this intake if they released it for rec port heads. Not sure why they didn't. Are you going to give it a go?

Looks nice. Can't see how long the runners really are.

Looks like it has better distribution to all cylinders for boost. Wonder how much $$$$.

It's 620 iirc. The runners are not equal though. Longest is 4.56 shortest is 3.14. Cross section is 2.5squared all the way through.

Which bringing next question. Why is this thing with such short runner have a lower rpm range than the high rise with 6.xx" runners. Is it because the cross section is bigger at 4.25 tapering to 2.53.

Seems like it would be better to make a slide in runner adapter to make the high rise have smaller cross section so you could also have equal length runners.

This little guy Holley Hi-Ram w/a2w i/c core integrated. - Yellow Bullet Forums

Perfect idea to make a large twin turbo package small.
