Using the formula I was well over injector duty cycle with 550+ rwhp but the meth has been suplimenting. With the 60lbs'ers and the bap and even more meth I should be set well into my next engine build.
I thought about other pump setups but really dont want to limit my tankcapacity or run dual pumps.

Ah... Meth. I do need to consider that as well.
Also, I forgot to mention that I run 1 32oz can of Torco for every fill up (91 crap gas) at the pump... and I usually put about 23 gallons in.

Very nice!
Torque looks pretty darn good at 2500rpm, cant complain about 400ftlbs. You probably have a little better TQ lower than 2500rpm than the dyno sheet shows due to convrter flash and such, takes a second for everything to settle down. It's cool to see a smaller turbo make the TQ lower in the rpm band.
What I'm interested in is your "no ****" driving around town comparison between the two different systems.

I cant remember where I read this but...raising pressure to 80psi was not a good idea. I cant remember why
I think it may have been a physical limitation on the FPR. However, I seem to recall LitRedDevil (Randy) was running higher fuel pressure with success. I guess I could use the search button but, I'm going to bed.
