Zippy nailed it on the head, you are over loading the intercooler....they send out a unit designed for a stock 4.8L and 5.3L running 6psi...not for a 370 with 10-12psi...I would bet thats your problem....the intercooler cant keep up with the boost and heat levels

He was referring to the intercooler system. It was designed for a much lower amount of cfm flow and lower boost levels. If I recall, when that intercooler and lower manifold were designed, it was for a system of around 6psi and for 4.8L and 5.3L's.
Maggie was shipped with a 3.0 pulley.
Bypass is workin like it shud.
