Default help me pick a new turbo please

I've got a 60-1 right now with my 6.0 setup, i'd like to make at least 500rwhp with it at 8-10 psi. I would like it to be spooled around 2500 like the 60-1 does. Im looking at the Master Power T70, mostly because of the price, but don't know about the specifics of a/r sizes and whatnot that i need.

You should be able to hit 500 with the 60 with a good tune and keep the fast spool up.

for 6.0, I'd say run an STS GT67. It will spool up at around 3000 rpm, and you will pass 500 hp.

yes the motor is stock besides a gt2-3 cam, for right now at least the gt67 isn't an option because of the price of it. Does the t70 really take alot longer to spool? I've heard alot of people say they like it

The 70 will spool much slower than the 60. If you want to go bigger keep an eye out for a used 67 and you will be much happier.

I put a MP T70 on my truck for a little bit (it is for an another project so I "borrowed" it for a little while). It was a bit slower to spool on my little 4.8, but it did feel stronger once it did spool. From a 0 boost stomp it would hit full boost (7lbs) about 4k, where my t-60 will get it about 3200, but this is all on a 4.8 with a .68 AR exhaust housing. I liked it, seemed smoother and felt better, just needed more motor and it is a lot quieter then the 60.

You need to get a turbo cam the gt2-3 is an intake biased cam and with a turbo you need an exhaust biased cam to help spool the turbo.
