ok so im running goodyear gatorback belt its 114 inch long fits fine not too tight but its really snug.. if i go 114.5 its a bit too long and throws the belt everytime. But if i try 13.5 which takes 2 people to get on by the way, its too tight and breaks the tensioner... so ive stuck with the 114, but they only last about a week, and if you wot it will either break the tensioner or throw the belt everytime.. pullies were just checked with laser everthing is fine.

I was going to have to have an 8 rib set up made for my truck, too much $$$$ for my taste

have you tried adding an additional idler pulley for some more belt wrap so you can run a lil' less tension
