My pulleys look lined up but will double check. Do u guys recommened a replacement tensioner or should I runn a smaller belt? Im new to the boost mod..lol...

Check my thread Bro, i found the Belt that came with mine was too long,
I put a Dayco poly Cog 5061115 Belt on and its working/fitting great.
I also ordered a Gatorback part # 4061112
NAPA belt is # 25061115
EDIT* I hope the guy gave me the right goodyear belt, im thinking it should end in " 5" also but i will see when i get it.
Try the Dayco First, i know it will work.
If it bumps off your pulleys are misaligned im betting.
