Hook up the stock radix exchanger in after the larger exchanger, and throw it in an ice chest in the bed. Might sound crazy, but I actually would do that.

that is very nice idea

but what if you use the windshield washer reservoir then squirt mist on the xchanger is it effective.. i see its a very easy to do thats what i like about it

sometimes its crazy in summer time when the temperature is 50deg i see around 170-180F after the 2.7 pulley and lower timing

i just put new large xchanger under the pumper and it dropped my iat very little i was very surprised it didnt lower the temp much more...

have you tried any of the fluid additives? Like Water Wetter,or Purple Ice they have been proven to reduce temps as much as 20*in some applications over antifreeze,I have used both radix current design H/e upper stock location and behind the bumper along with distilled water and Purple Ice 50/50 mix,my Iat's never went over 160 on hot summer days in the 90+* days.

No, antifreeze will not help cooling properties. 100% water is better at cooling than an antifreeze mix. Just make sure temps outside dont get cold enough to split anything.

Maybe a fluidyne H/X and some minifans? I think Grippy did that....or someone did it.....i think that helped.

Ok this might sound a little off but the heatexchangers are just a small part of the puzzle, increase that part may not effect anything in another.
Your IC will only remove X amount of heat from the air temps it is only so big.. The only way to make it better if the other parts are up to snuff, is to make the water colder. Ice tank but that is only good for drag racing.

Spraying your heatexchangers with water will let them pull more heat from the water but that does not mean it will help your air temps...

Water/ water/meth or nitrous injections any of these options will greatly decrease your air temps.

now i have new idea i am thinking to slow down water circulation to give heatexchangers more time to exchange heat.. maybe use 1/2 inch water hose instead of the stock 5/8 hose
