I have a set that has no more than 5000 miles on them. "More shitbag Performance" put crappy seals in them and I had some seals go out and I bleed oil through them. Dirtied them up but they are in great shape otherwise. I bet WCCH or Patriot wouldn't charge much to clean them up and put new seals in them. I'll ship them to whomever you choose and you can deal with them on payment to them for their service and shipping to you. I am looking for 700 bucks shipped. My 5.3 was bored 20 over and with these heads and the cam i had at that time, it friggin screamed. I swear I haven't had the same setup since. It blew my driveshaft to pieces from a dig. Nevertheless, they are dirty but with a good cleaning and new seals you'll be golden. I will offer a disclaimer of a full refund (minus shipping) if the shop tells you they are warped or bad. ONLY if you use WCCH or Patriot only. BTW, I have already had the bad batch of springs replaced. I got the recall on the particular springs in them.

When I had a 2.8 pulley on my stock 5.3/MP112 I was makin 12-13lbs, but it was heat soaked too! U shud speak with WCCH about their Edelbrock ported heads. I think this month's Car Craft has an article on the 5.3 with GT2-3cam, WCCH heads and Maggie makin 625 at the crank...with all stock internals. I did a thread on compression a little bit ago on my 370, and it was suggested that I shud tighten it up a bit to closer to 10:1 as I jacked up the boost. Do a search and read it thru...
