When I switched to LT's and off road mid pipes I lost almost 2psi boost, however I had no drop in power. Swapped the pulley to get the boost back to where I was and it made a big difference.

Minimum of 1 3/4" primaries with 3" collectors. 1 7/8" primaries if the budget can allow.

I'm running Thorley headers with 1 5/8 primaries and short collectors, cats removed. Going to install a Roush tvs1900 soon. I assume they're better than stock manifolds with the blower but still not the best.

Would I benefit from headers with bigger primaries?

For sure! But for the money, I would go with a cam before I would re-buy long tube headers.

Just my luck, modding the truck will never end I guess lol

Already have a Comp 212/218 low lift cam, maybe not the best but supposed to work ok with the TVS.
