Set your 4rth to 3rd kickdown to a lower tps % (45%-50%), thats how I fixed it.
In 4rth, converter locked, if I give it just a little pedal it downshifts to 3rd and pulls real nice.

I can log your truck with-out a license, but yes once the scan only option is released from HPtuners you could just go that route..
Burst knock~ predicts knock and pulls timing to
prevent it. Usally happens when there is a huge transition in TP, like going from 20% throttle to WOT. The PCM uses a combination of the maf and V.E tabble durring this time too, so if your maf and v.e tabbles are tunned well you shouldn't have to much burst k.r. Some have said that a rough v.e will also trip burst knock. But basically it is to prevent tip in kr....
