Guys with A2W intercoolers

Could you guys post up pics of where you have them mounted? I am wanting to mount one basically in front of the crank pulley on the cross support. Also wondering where everyone is getting there parts for one. Is anyone running the Bosch Ford lightning pump? I am also trying to find a small water tank to use for the time being. Someday I may get a nice Alum. one but not now. Just trying to decide what to use and where to get it.

Guys from Nelson Performance did all the fabwork on mine.. looks great, how it performs so far has been great as well.. Too bad i've went thru 2 transmissions in the last 2 months. So in the limited time of driving my truck (3hrs) in the past 4 months, lol it did it's job and i was impressed. spent close to 30 seconds in boost and the intake air temps never went over 8F over ambient temps..
heres some pics..
Finished pic

Mockup pic

Heat exchanger looks smaller than it really is..

better pic that shows how big the heat exchanger is

Depending on the amount of power you want will help pic the size of the IC.
China cores list their products at X hp, but they do not say at what boost and on what engine.
Not saying a smaller will not work, you will just need to turn the boost up to get it through the core.
Frozen boost makes alot of stuff and its Cheap be a good place to start. They have a cheap tank as well for the bed area.
Bosch pump,. Plenty of Lightnings use them and are happy with them.I like the meziere stuff
ICE and/or routing though the heater core will help the cores ability to absorb heat better...
here a pic where we hung the IC off the drivers side.

about 4 years ago. maf is mounted to the underside of the front tank.

I still this older tank I would take 150.00 pluse fright on it.

Heres some flow data we did on a stock lightnign core. Comparing bosch and a meizere pump.
The first is water the core can hold, then pumping trhough the core and fianlly pump only.
