To add to this a little...

The pulley that comes on these is a 3.3". From looking at it, I don't think you will be able to go smaller with out having a machine shop cut the casting under the pulley down to a smaller size for the pulley to fit over. Shouldn't be a big deal for them, just have to pull the pulley and unbolt the nose casting and take it to them.

just curious with this... is there enough meat on the casting there to not cause any problems? your not going to cut into a bearing seat or anything like that right. i wanna pick one of these things up badly but im doing the right thing so far......

I would think so, I can't imagine they would put that big of a bearing in there, lol.

I'm waiting on a completed install. If everything goes well, I would like to put one on the Tahoe, since it's a 4.8, it needs some much needed help to get out of it's own way!
