This just me thinking out loud, but the kit is made for a 5.3 correct, correct. Now if you where to buy a full 5.3 kit from magna itcome pullied for the 5.3 which is higher psi than the 6.0 kit. Will this play a big part in the whole set up. What I am sayin is now you are going to be boosting more than if it where a 6.0 kit, possibly to much. Like I said just thinking here.

That's an interesting point. The pulley measures just slightly over 3.3 inches where the belt rides not the outer flange. Not sure what the standard is for measuring pulleys.
Any guesses as to how much boost this will make?

It might be a 3.3 then. It that case you will be at 5psi.

I'm willing to bet it will make less boost on a 6.0 than a 5.3, given that the 6.0 moves more air.(assuming both were pullied the same)

I know mine was a 3.3 factory maggie pulley and that's the psi I got. If its any bigger then less psi. You'll have to change the bottom pulley to get more.

That another way to look at it. I guess it would be the other way around from what I posted.

For all we know, Roush has made a pulley puller that only works for this particular supercharger. More $$ right? I wouldn't put it past them...
