Because non of it is fabricated. There is nothing welded, there is no placement of the turbo, no connection pipes.....nothing. You will spend another couple grand just to make it all work in your time and money.

I don't see any hot side piping at all......maybe some flanges, but that's it.

Note the company selling it is named "Mirage" power, as in you think you see it but it's not really there.
