I would think you would want a lower intake duration compared to the exhaust, like 215/230, and a higher intake lift ~.600 and lower exhaust lift .575 and of course less overlap. 114-117. That would be a ballpark guess, depending on your preferences and cubic inches/ heads, etc.

Well on my 6.0L i built with Patriot heads my cam was speced 224/230 610 lift on 114LSA

I think your going the right direction with this idea over your original choices. I would not waste me time with anything thing under 220 duration on the intake or exhaust lobes. Good luck!
