go 90mm TB or go home?
I'm really fighting with myself on this decision and wanted to get input from you guys here. I can't decide if i want to do the 90mm TB conversion that WCCH offers or not? My truck is a daily driver and need it to be reliable (within reason). If i go with the 90mm TB am i going to have to do alot of tuning to get it to run right? Also, can i get away with the 42lb injectors i'm running now, or do i have to go with the 60lb injectors? i know those will be a tuning nightmare, even with help from zippy. what would you guys do if you were in my shoes? am i going to see big gains by just going to a 90mm TB?

You will see about 25-30 rwhp just by bolting it on, I highly suggest doing it. You will see some more power once you tune for the TB (not needed but reccomended). I have it done on mine and have not had one ounce of trouble, just buy the entire kit from Richard and get er done.

For comparison sake...I am running a Radix'ed LQ9, 3" pulley at about 7 psi, Nick Williams 90mm TB, and I hit 100% duty cycle on my 43lb'ers right around 5900 RPM. It's a little rich right there at the top, so once I get it leaned out I can probably stretch the RPM's out just a little more, but I think somewhere around 6000 RPM is gonna be the limit.
