The belt has some play about .4" the next size smaller belt that is .5" smaller wont fit it is just a hair to small... Do the 100mm idlers really work for belt jumping I have heard of them for belt slip.

what about the upgraded Magna Charge tensioer, is that still avalable?

Does it look like this. I beleive mine came with the long bolt you see in the center.

No. You may want to bump youre idle up a tad.
