Default gains from pt 76/75

Thinkin hard about upgrading from my magnum t76 q trim to a pt 76/75. Right now when I push it to 11-12 psi it feels like it falls off past 5 k rpms. I honestly feel like the sweet spot for this turbo is around 7-9 psi but I may be wrong. This is just sotp speculation. My question will I gain a lot going to the pt 76/75 from my current turbo at the same 11-12 psi. My engine setup is lq4 with the isky tripple 12, and fast 57# injectors. I run 93 octane and no meth yet. I'm am using the kb turbo hot parts also. Thanx for looking.

Maybe Stock48 will chime in since I know he has a 76mm. Just a thought though but have you tried any higher then 11-12 like maybe 14ish? Or did it really feel that much better at 7-9?

.96 ar. Haven't tried any higher than 12. It doesn't feel bad at 11-12 psi but after I crank it up past 10# it doesn't feel I gain much. If you know what I mean.

You need a bigger turbine than that.

Joeyc125 has that turbo, and it made good power but you can see where its falling off... Bigger turbine is going to help in this case. The 7675 is brand new tech, so you'll benefit in more than one way if you pick up one of those.

I have the T78/68 the 68mm turbine falls flat by 5K on a 6.oL. The 75mm should pick up around 1000 RPM and ~150 hp.
