Default Fuel systems

At what point does the factory fuel system need to be addressed? lines, rails, pump?

I have heard between 400-450rwhp. I am right around 400rwhp with stock pump. Injctors should be done much sooner than that though.

We have 42 in it now, and will be going to 60. The reason I ask is because I am working on an 00SS camaro and we upgraded his fuel system. He said the system is good till 500ish.
The truck I am working on is getting a stroker motor, and 15psi from a D1SC.

I will be installing a Walbro 255 intake pump and going up on my injectors from 42lbs to 60lbs... I don't the fuel rails have to be replaced though, at least i have not seen anyone ever say that...
