thanks for all the info.
here is another idea for more fuel-let me know what you think
keep my set-up as is [044 in-tank with wire kit,stock lines both ways,stock filter and rails, and 60 lbers.] and add another 044 in-line with it's own wiring
would any of the stock components be a problem?
OR should I run Lonnies dual in-tank set-up? and can I run this with stock lines,filter and rails?

I think you'd be way better off with dual intank over the in-line (regardless of what lines you use). In-lines never made much sense to me.....I mean, you can only get so much volume through one pump.
The problem at these power levels all comes back to volume. Most people think "I've got pressure drop, I need an inline pump to keep the pressure up". Well the pressure drop is due to not having a pump that can supply that volume of fuel at that pressure. Two pumps together can accomodate the the volume therefore keeping the pressure in check. Your not going to gain a significant amount of additional volume with an inline.
Take it or leave it..........Just my .02.
