2003 is return, has anyone mentioned the fuel pressure regulator?

 

Still has the stocker in it. Im going to do more tests to make sure that is my problem. I have all the extra load on the alt. like fans, and oil pump so I am thinking that it may be assoc with that as well. The battery shows 12.63 volts sitting there. Hey Blown pm me some prices on a fuel pump booster or hot wire kit. I tried calling today.
